If you are a Senior UI/UX Designer with at least 2 years of

Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the product user experience, designing the interactions and interfaces.
- Create documentation (design rules, pixel perfect mocks) that guide developers to build software that fosters a delightful user experience
- Collaborate with and develop mutual respect and trust with a dynamic team
- Participate in user experience research and usability studies
Position Qualifications
- A desire to be the first 10 people on the team, working closely with your colleagues toward for a common goal
- MA or MS in a design-related field (e.g. HCI, interaction or graphic design) or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience and knowledge of:
- UI/UX Design
- Interaction Design
- Mobile application development
- HTML, and CSS
Experience nice to haves
- Agile development & fast prototyping
- A/B or multi-variant testing
- Experience designing across multiple device types and contexts (desktop, mobile)
- Knowledge of Javascript/jQuery
